On appointing us you will receive dedicated support, advice and of course our knowledge and expertise gained over many years within the property industry. That does not mean you will be doing all the work! Far from it, we will be doing that together with providing RMC Directors with the level of knowledge needed to make an informed and considered decision for all their fellow homeowners.
We will ensure all your Residential Property & Block Management needs are taken care of.
For example we will ensure that your development is kept up to date with important legislation changes such as those relevant to Fire Risk Assessments and the Building Safety Act 2022.
We will also monitor and check the work of contractors including cleaners and gardeners on a regular basis.
As far as the finances are concerned we keep strict control of service charge income and expenses versus budgets and will advise RMC's Directors of any variations. Finance can also include Company Secretary duties too thus ensuring that required information is kept up to date and filed at the required time.
